Sonata Software is seeking a Microsoft Teams Telephony & Viva Technical Specialist to lead design, deployment, and optimization of Teams Voice and Viva workloads for enterprise tenants in Singapore. The role emphasizes hands-on expertise with Direct Routing, SBCs, call routing, and governance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of hands-on experience, Singapore citizenship, and the ability to work in a permanent remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience – 10+ years in Microsoft Teams Telephony & Viva environments.
• Singapore Citizenship mandatory.
• Permanent position based in Singapore / remote.
• Expertise in cloud-only and hybrid voice architectures and migration from Skype for Business.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and troubleshooting of Teams Voice and Viva workloads in production enterprise tenants.
• Documentation and handover of technical designs and configurations.
• Collaboration with clients on governance, security, and compliance aspects.
