Concentrix in Singapore seeks a Microsoft Teams Telephony & Microsoft Viva Technical Specialist to design, deploy, troubleshoot, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on Teams Phone and Viva workloads. This hybrid role requires 50% onsite presence in Singapore and Singapore citizenship.

You will design and deliver cloud-only and hybrid voice architectures, configure SBCs, manage call routing, dial plans, and emergency calling while ensuring secure tenant designs.

Qualificações

• Singapore citizenship is required.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Teams Phone, Teams Telephony, Calling Plans, Operator Connect and Direct Routing.
• Experience designing cloud-only and hybrid Teams voice architectures.
• Strong experience with certified SBC platforms such as AudioCodes, Ribbon, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of TLS/SRTP, certificates, media bypass, SIP trunking, call routing and dial plans.
• Experience with Teams Admin Center, voice policies, emergency calling, number management and lifecycle activities.
• PowerShell scripting for Teams and 365 voice operations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Teams Phone solutions, including Calling Plans, Operator Connect, and Direct Routing.
• Deliver cloud-only and hybrid Teams voice architectures for enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage Session Border Controllers, call routing, dial plans, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, numbers and emergency calling.
• Troubleshoot Teams voice quality using Call Analytics and Call Quality Dashboard.
• Support Microsoft Viva Connections, Engage, Learning, Amplify, and Insights configurations.
• Deliver secure Microsoft 365 tenant designs and implementations for regulated customer environments.
• Create clear technical documentation and handover materials for customer teams.
• Operate in production enterprise tenants in a Microsoft Partner delivery environment.
• Complete all mandatory training and participate in regular one-on-one meetings.
