• 3-5 years of comprehensive 360 recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, profiling talent, and overseeing talent management to meet client staffing needs
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, candidates, and collaborators to enhance recruitment outcomes and client satisfaction
• Place candidates with clients by matching skills and requirements to fulfill staffing demands effectively
• Lead job offer negotiations and manage the salary closure process to secure candidate acceptance and client agreement
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify business development opportunities and manage accounts for sustained partnership growth
