Job summary

SBS Transit Limited is seeking a talent management professional to design and implement talent management, succession planning, leadership development and career development initiatives across the group.

You will coordinate talent reviews, develop scholars and early career pathways, and partner with business leaders to create IDPs and development opportunities while maintaining holistic talent data and monitoring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; HRM/Business Admin or Psychology background advantageous.
• 2–5 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development.
• Experience with talent reviews, succession planning, leadership or career development is a plus.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SuccessFactors.
• Self-driven, organised and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support talent management, succession planning and development initiatives across the organisation.
• Coordinate and administer talent development interventions, including leadership programmes, structured job rotations, coaching, mentoring, and other developmental opportunities.
• Maintain accurate talent data and monitor development outcomes.
• Develop frameworks and pathways for scholars and early career talent; nurture future leadership.
• Partner business leaders to ensure IDPs and career development initiatives are in place.
• Engage stakeholders to communicate opportunities and contribute to policy reviews.
