Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a recruitment professional to manage full-cycle hiring for engineering and technical roles in Singapore's Ubi area. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding while maintaining accurate ATS records.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, build a strong candidate pipeline, and contribute to employer branding.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, business, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering, technical, construction, M&E or other technical positions is advantageous.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer follow-up.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for engineering and technical roles.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
• Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
• Perform other HR and recruitment duties as assigned.
