Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive technical and managerial experience in semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams in high-volume foundry or advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the module engineering organization across the designated fab.
• Drive technology transfer, ramp-up activities, and continuous improvement.
• Represent engineering in global forums and align with corporate objectives.
