Job summary

Management Development Institute of Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and related HR administration. You will post job advertisements, pre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and liaise with agencies to fill roles.

The role also covers onboarding, induction, staff orientation, and administering new employee confirmations, along with producing weekly HR reports and handling ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, particularly talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on various mediums, pre-screen candidates, and arrange interviews.
• Facilitate interview sessions and verification of candidate documents; liaise with headhunters/agencies.
• Propose job offers and prepare appointment letters and onboarding documents.
• Manage onboarding administration and conduct first day induction and staff orientation.
• Prepare weekly or ad-hoc manpower/HR reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
