• Lead full spectrum of recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support payroll administration to ensure timely salary processing.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies.
• Manage employee insurance programs, renewals, and liaise with insurers.
• Coordinate corporate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Oversee daily office administration and smooth business operations.
• Manage facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor/service contracts to optimize costs.
• Maintain company asset records and facility upkeep.
• Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional offices to support business objectives.
