Job summary

StarHub Ltd. is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to design scalable systems translating business needs into clear solution specifications. You will support end-to-end solution design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure feasible, well-integrated designs aligned to business goals.

The role emphasizes user journey analysis, digital thinking, and delivering compliant solution artifacts while engaging with partners on RFP/RFT responses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computing, or related field; 5–7 years in systems analysis or solution design.
• Strong telecom background with knowledge of mobile and broadband networks, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Inventory, Delivery and Integrations.
• Experience in digital areas including user journey analysis, design thinking, and human-centric assessment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and multi-tasking in a dynamic setting.
• Ability to work independently on solution components while escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities:

• Support the delivery of fit-for-purpose end-to-end solution designs aligned to business and technical objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear solution specifications and design inputs.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and integrated across relevant systems and platforms.
• Provide technical and functional advice to stakeholders on solution options, design impacts, and implementation considerations.
• Contribute to partner engagements, new business initiatives, and RFP/RFT submissions as needed.
• Apply digital and customer-centric thinking, including user journey analysis and human-centric design principles, in solution assessment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, or related field of study with at least 5–7 years of systems analysis, solution design, or related experience.
• Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge in areas of mobile and broadband networks, CRM (e.g. "Compax"), Billing, Provisioning Systems, Inventory, Delivery, and Integrations.
• Experience in digital-related areas, including user journey analysis during solution assessment, design thinking, and human-centric approaches to solution assessment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization skills and comfort with multi-tasking under a dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently on assigned solution components while escalating issues appropriately.
