Aufgaben

• Serves as the critical interface, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within systems delivery projects.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project team to understand their needs, then translate them into detailed system requirements, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability).
• Creating comprehensive project documentation, including Systems Requirements Documents, Technical Specification Documents, user stories, and process flows for communication to development teams.
• Facilitates seamless communication among business users, technical teams, and project managers, resolving ambiguities.
• Collaborates on solution design, conducts technical alignment, contributes in technical discussions with development teams, and supports UAT to ensure software aligns with requirements.
• Contributes to change management and project administration by analyzing technical impact of changes, documenting revised specs, and contributing to planning and risk identification.

Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the critical interface, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within systems delivery projects.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project team to understand their needs, then meticulously translates them into detailed system requirements, functional specifications, and crucial non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability.
• Creating comprehensive project documentation, including Systems Requirements Documents, Technical Specification Documents, user stories, and process flows, all designed to effectively communicate project requirements to development teams.
• Facilitates seamless communication among business users, technical teams, and project managers, adeptly resolving any ambiguities that may arise.
• Collaborates closely on solution design, conducts business-technical alignment, and actively contributes in technical-related discussions with development teams, playing a vital role in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered software precisely aligns with defined requirements.
• Contributes to change management and broader project administration, by analyzing the technical impact of proposed changes on existing systems/ solutions, documenting revised specifications, and contributing to project planning, and risk identification for system-related aspects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Systems Analyst in IT systems delivery projects.
• Knowledge and experience in the following technological areas will be advantageous:
  • o J2EE-based solution & development for WebSphere/Weblogic Application Servers and Oracle/MSSQL Database Servers.
  • o .NET based application development, including thick client C# application development
  • o Understanding of event-based architecture and microservices
  • o CI/CD practices and tools
  • o Domain Knowledge in National ID Cards, E-Passports, Biometrics, Smart Cards, Immigration Clearance Gates.
• Proven experience working on enterprise-level projects with complex business processes and integrated systems.
• Ability to conduct technical assessments, analyze system architectures, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various methodologies
• Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as Agile SCRUM Master/Product Owner is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work under a tight timeline, in a complex customer environment, preferably in mission-critical, 24/7 environments with significant customer-facing responsibilities.
• Need to be always prepared to be physically present during critical incidents at customer sites.
• Thrive in dynamic and sometimes unpredictable environments and facilities, where conditions may vary significantly from a traditional office setting.
• Participate in troubleshooting efforts, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to operations.
