Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary task is to perform modification on Yokogawa supplied system (Centum, Prosafe, Stardom Fast/Tools, CI server, PRM, EXA packages and 3rd party product) including execution of small projects.
• Provide office or onsite troubleshooting and technical support of Yokogawa supplied system
• Configure and troubleshooting of network including routers, switches and firewall
• Configure and troubleshooting IT software including antivirus, backup software, whitelisting software, virtualization system etc.
• Provide technical support and consultation service to customers, service sales and other departments.
• Work closely with Response Centre/Solution/Third-party providers to solve customers’ hardware/software related issue.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent
• At least 8 years of working experience with control system including DCS, SIS, SCADA, PLC, PRM, Exa packages, etc Experience in Virtualization technology (VMWare, Hyper‑V, etc)
• Experience in network technologies (e.g. switches, routers, VPN, firewall, data diode) Experience in IT (e.g. antivirus, Windows update, active directory, backup/recovery)
