NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Executive, System to support NGEMR, disease registries, and population health tools. You will work on requirements gathering, user access management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth operations and rollout of new features.

You will provide first-line technical support, generate reports with Epic Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer, and assist with data validation and training during system updates.

Qualificações

• University degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare systems management preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and EMR systems.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather functional requirements and document enhancements.
• Handle user access provisioning and deprovisioning for NGEMR, ADID, and M365.
• Monitor system performance and provide first-line technical support to healthcare clusters.
• Generate reports using Epic tools and assist in data validation for registries and population health.
• Support system rollout projects and coordinate user training sessions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate updates to users.
• Maintain logs and provide analytic support for population health analytics projects.
