Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) seeks an Assistant Manager, Enterprise Intelligence & Analytics for Tengah General & Community Hospital. This foundational Digital, Data & Technology role builds the enterprise data layer to support TGCH’s planning platform and operational readiness.

You will lead data integration across sources, design dashboards, and collaborate with Clinical Services, IT and HR to translate data into strategic insights for planning and ramp-up.”

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, IS, CS, Economics or related discipline.
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets and healthcare/public sector planning is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
• Proficient with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience with Python/R or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with ETL, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, consolidate and manage data from multiple sources.
• Transform data into structured enterprise planning datasets and support data governance.
• Conduct analyses for demand forecasting, planning and financial planning.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring and planning.
• Support building the Enterprise Planning Platform and data structures.
