Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, supply chain, logistics or customer service operations.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee the complete customer order lifecycle from demand forecasting to closure.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and Sales to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Track inventory levels and assist replenishment planning for stock availability.
Manage warehouse activities, including stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
Monitor slow-moving, damaged and obsolete stock and take action.
Work with 3PL providers and logistics partners to streamline warehousing and shipping.
Coordinate shipment planning and freight activities for timely deliveries.
Review logistics invoices and post shipment costs in SAP.
Handle insurance declarations and claims with insurers for timely follow-up.
Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
