Job summary

ResMed Inc. in Singapore, based at the Galaxis office on a hybrid setup, is seeking a Senior Supplier Engineer to provide technical leadership across supplier selection, industrialization, and manufacturing readiness throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with suppliers and global teams to mitigate risks, drive capability development, and establish scalable manufacturing processes for successful product launches and long-term supply continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in supplier/manufacturing/NPI engineering.
Proven experience with new product launches and supplier management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to lead and mentor teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in supplier selection and development throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead manufacturing readiness and process validation for scalable production.
Drive DFMs reviews and supplier capability development.
Mentor Supplier Engineers and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers globally.
