Zusammenfassung

ResMed is seeking a Manufacturing Project Lead in Singapore to represent Manufacturing Engineering within cross‑functional product development teams. You will lead manufacturing readiness for new mask products and coordinate process engineering activities across the lifecycle, ensuring safe, efficient entry to production.

Qualifikationen

Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

Aufgaben

Lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions.
Develop and manage project plans with milestones, risks and actions.
Represent Manufacturing Engineering in Product Development teams.
Drive DFx and DFA activities with Product Development.
Identify processes, equipment and technologies for quality, cost, delivery and scalability.
Coordinate SMEs and NPI stakeholders across development, readiness and validation.
Communicate progress and risks through reviews and governance forums.
Align stakeholders on priorities and decisions.
Resolve technical and project challenges via cross‑functional collaboration.
Support validation, pilot builds and ramp‑up.
