Job summary

ResMed in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Supplier Engineering to lead a team responsible for supplier performance, process capability, product quality and supply continuity across NPI and sustaining engineering.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Quality, GSA, Planning, Manufacturing and suppliers to balance priorities, remove barriers and deliver quality, delivery, cost and risk outcomes. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing engineers and teams.
• Experience with supplier engineering and quality systems.
• Knowledge of risk-based decision making and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Supplier Engineers across experience levels.
• Balance resources and priorities for NPI, Core and supplier work.
• Drive supplier performance management and issue resolution.
• Provide technical leadership across manufacturing technologies.
• Push continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
