Job summary

ResMed in Tuas, Singapore, seeks a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure supplier readiness for current and future programs and to drive category capability development. You will influence product launches, collaborate across GSA category teams, NPI, and manufacturing engineering, and coach junior staff to raise supplier quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in manufacturing processes, quality systems, and product development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to apply engineering methodologies to solve complex technical and business problems.
• Demonstrated judgment in selecting methods, tools, and evaluation criteria for new or unfamiliar challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier capability development across manufacturing technology, process innovation, digitization, and project delivery.
• Translate supplier insights into actionable recommendations for product development and category strategies.
• Support prototyping, verification, and feasibility assessments for manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure robust supplier integration during launches.
• Lead sub-functional teams and mentor junior engineers; build internal/external networks to influence outcomes.
• Contribute to broader business and category strategies with technical leadership.
