Job summary

Based at ResMed's Galaxis office in Singapore on a hybrid setup, this Senior Supplier Engineer role provides technical leadership across supplier selection, industrialization, and manufacturing readiness throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with global teams, drive risk mitigation, and help ensure scalable manufacturing processes for successful product launches and long-term supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in supplier, manufacturing, quality engineering, or NPI.
• Experience in new product launches and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, automation, inspection methods, and DFM.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in supplier selection, development, industrialization, and process validation.
• Lead supplier industrialization, qualification, readiness, to ensure production readiness.
• Lead technical reviews of supplier manufacturing solutions and tooling.
• Drive DFM reviews to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Identify and mitigate risks across manufacturing, tooling, quality, capacity, and supply chain.
