Job summary

BW Offshore Singapore is seeking a Project Subcontracts Manager to lead the subcontracts discipline on FPSO/FSO projects. You will shape strategy, oversee tendering, awards, and close-out, and coordinate with Project Directors and cross-functional teams to optimize cost, schedule, and HSSE compliance.

The role demands 15+ years in subcontracting within oil & gas, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, and professional certifications in procurement or contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Commerce, Business Administration, QS or related field.
• Master's degree in relevant discipline is advantageous.
• 15+ years in subcontracting, contracts management or commercial roles in oil & gas.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership with direct reports on major projects.
• Experience on FPSO/offshore/EPC environments and HSSE responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the subcontracting function across the project execution lifecycle.
• Develop and implement subcontract plans aligned with PEP and budget.
• Manage tendering, award, administration, and close-out of subcontracts.
• Interface with Project leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Achieve alignment on HSSE, cost, and schedule performance.
• Drive pre-qualification, supplier selection, and risk mitigation.
