Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage subcontractors across Tuas Yard and Tuas Boulevard Yard in Singapore. The role involves ensuring QA procedures, liaising with stakeholders and sub-contractors, and leading improvement initiatives.

The candidate will screen and register subcontractors, handle tenders, and oversee contractual processes. Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of subcontracting experience, with proficiency in SAP

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of subcontracting experience with basic Production and/or Engineering knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and iSRP system.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of contract law, local regulatory requirements and subcontracting nature of business and systems.
• Updated knowledge of corporate compliance, labour policies and employment laws.
• Knowledge of market rates of labour and services for construction activities.
• Basic knowledge of offshore and marine construction capabilities and production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are observed.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and subcontractors both in-house and out of yard.
• Lead and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a list of reliable subcontractors and manage registration, revalidation and evaluation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews as required.
• Assist Project Management on claims assessment and subcontract cost reporting.
