Rich Construction Company Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Structural Coordinator to lead civil/structural design and on-site coordination. You will prepare calculations, liaise with consultants and authorities, and ensure projects meet drawings and specifications.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with hospital project exposure preferred. Strong coordination skills and ISO process awareness are essential.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in civil/ Structural engineering or building.
• 5+ years of Senior Structural Coordinator experience.
• Experience with hospital projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, analysis and plan for civil & structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and authority submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other trades on project specs.
• Oversee all structural/civil works on site and ensure drawings are followed.
• Attend technical meetings and conduct site walks during construction.
• Keep track of test reports, repairs, and constructability schemes.
• Maintain document control in line with ISO standards.
