Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in Singapore is seeking a Senior Structural Coordinator to lead civil/structural design, analysis, and on-site coordination for complex projects, including hospital developments. The role requires reviewing drawings, submitting to authorities, and ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with 5+ years in senior coordination, familiarity with structural specifications, and experience

Qualifications

Experience in civil/structural engineering design and analysis.
Senior coordination experience of at least 5 years.
Familiarity with hospital projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
Prepare design calculations and drawings for Authority submissions.
Coordinate with consultant, sub-con and other trades (M&E and architecture) for project specifications and technical issues.
Oversee structural/civil works on site and ensure works follow drawings.
Attend technical meetings and site walks during construction phase.
Keep track of test reports, ST, Green Mark schemes and constructability considerations.
Document control and compilation according to ISO standards.
