in Singapore is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Coordinator to design, analyze and plan civil and structural works for large-scale projects. You will prepare calculations, drawings, and submit plans to consultants and authorities, coordinating with M&E and architectural teams. You will oversee site works, ensure drawings are followed, attend technical meetings, track test reports and ensure ISO standard document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building.
• Min 5 years of structural coordinator experience in A1 Main Construction and large scale project.
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities.
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for project specifications & other technical issues.
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings.
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings and site walks during the construction phase of project.
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard.
