Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent.
• Min 8 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination, preferably hospital project experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's architectural work and ensure the work is on schedule.
