Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled Structural Coordinator to design, analyze and plan Civil & Structural works for hospital projects. You will prepare design calculations, drawings and submit plans to authorities, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and other trades on site.

You will oversee all structural/civil works on site, attend technical meetings, track tests and document control in line with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years structural coordinator experience
• Preferably with experience in hospital projects
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural / civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
