Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Strategy leader to shape the next chapter of our public sector digital transformation. You will sit at the heart of our strategic engine, connecting dots across products, agencies, infrastructure, and people, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership to define priorities, grow capabilities, and position GovTech as a world-class public sector tech agency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading strategy or special projects at scale.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments with pragmatism and impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and drive GovTech’s strategic priorities at multiple levels.
• Craft persuasive narratives and analyses to influence senior stakeholders.
• Run cross-functional initiatives and special projects to accelerate digital transformation.
• Introduce best-practice structures and anticipate future needs across the agency.
