Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of international offshore oil and gas experience.
• Experience in opportunity development and operational strategies for offshore assets.
• Experience collaborating across Commercial, Projects, Engineering and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational input to new opportunities prior to DG1b, ensuring coherence and timely delivery.
• Develop Opportunity Operational Strategies, including operating philosophies and O&M concepts.
• Embed operational requirements with Tenders, Commercial and Concept Development from early stages.
• Challenge and support OPEX estimates and operating models for lifecycle value.
• Support continuity of operational strategy post-DG1b through Projects and Operations.
• Build cross-functional relationships and represent operational strategy in governance settings.
