Job summary

ROYAL OCEAN MARINE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Offshore Vessel Manager to lead daily operations of the vessel fleet and operational cell, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and contractually compliant marine services while upholding HSE standards and strong client relationships.

You will direct fleet performance, mentor captains and crews, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and drive data-driven reporting to senior management to optimise efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Fleet & marine management knowledge across offshore operations and ISM/ISPS.
• HSE leadership with proven safety culture enforcement.
• Leadership and people management of vessel masters and crews.
• Excellent communication, resilience under dynamic conditions.
• Analytical skills to track KPIs and manage contracts/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the operational cell, ensuring smooth delivery of vessel operations and services across the assigned fleet.
• Ensure all vessel services meet contractual agreements, stay within approved budgets, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics, analyze operational data, and prepare detailed reporting for senior management and key stakeholders.
