Job summary

BW Offshore Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Operational Strategy to strengthen the department within the Operations Function and to provide senior input across opportunity lifecycles, including operating strategies and lifecycle considerations.

You will build cross-functional relationships with Commercial, Projects, Engineering and Operations, ensuring early operations involvement and alignment with asset goals while supporting multiple opportunities in parallel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of international offshore oil and gas experience.
• Experience in FPSO/FSO, O&M or comparable offshore environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across matrix organisations.
• Ability to translate operating experience into practical recommendations.
• Experience with Value Engineering or lifecycle cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational input to new opportunities across workstreams, ensuring coherence and timely delivery.
• Develop Opportunity Operational Strategies, including operating philosophies and O&M concepts.
• Partner with Tenders, Commercial and Concept Development to embed operational requirements.
• Challenge and support OPEX estimates and operating models to drive lifecycle value.
• Provide operational input to concept evaluation and Value Engineering.
• Support continuity of operational strategy post-DG1b through Projects and Operations.
