Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, DSSO to lead a team and drive key work processes for the Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology. You will develop strategic plans, oversee operational and administrative matters, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver improved patient care.

You will manage relationships with internal and external partners, support budgeting, and ensure governance and performance against strategic goals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6–8 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Strong communication at all levels, globally.
• Excellent stakeholder management with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic plans for the Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
• Coordinate operational and administrative matters to achieve goals and objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders across NCCS and beyond to implement strategic projects and new services.
