Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior / Assistant Manager to drive strategic planning and performance management. You will translate high-level strategies into actionable objectives using Balanced Scorecard frameworks and develop executive-level presentations for Senior Management.

The role offers exposure to healthcare trends and governance, with opportunities for leadership interaction and professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in strategic planning, corporate/business planning, performance management, policy, consulting, or equivalent roles.
• Healthcare or public sector experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record supporting or preparing presentations and briefs for senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong visualisation and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS and other M365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of NCCS’s strategy in close partnership with Senior Management.
• Craft executive presentations and briefs to shape NCCS’s strategy, service planning, and resource priorities.
• Design, implement and enhance NCCS’s performance management framework with KPI targets and actionable insights.
• Spearhead preparation for Senior Management meetings with agendas and concise notes.
• Coordinate strategic projects and NCCS committees to advance institutional priorities.
• Identify internal stakeholders and build alignment for strategic initiatives.
