Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking an Operations Analyst to help shape and execute operational strategies within the Division of Surgery & Surgical Oncology. You will collaborate with clinicians and administrators to implement governance standards and drive efficiency across theatres and patient care settings.

Responsibilities include analyzing clinical project data to identify trends in patient safety, outcomes, and quality, and applying changes to improve outpatient and inpatient processes.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2 years' work experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the Division of Surgery & Surgical Oncology (DSSO).
• Lead the division towards academic medicine and digital health.
• Ensure high patient safety and clinical governance standards and protocols.
• Drive change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Analyse data from clinical projects and provide insights on patient care trends, outcomes, safety, quality and operations.
• Improve operating theatre, outpatient and inpatient processes to enhance patient care delivery.
