Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Sales Associate/Brand Associate to drive sales, deliver excellent service, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, representing the brand and ensuring a seamless customer experience across channels, including in-store order fulfilment.

You are highly motivated, service-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of storekeeping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to handle heavy stock.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Maintain store operations and order fulfilment processes for in-store customers.
• Act as brand ambassador and first point of contact in the store.
