Job summary
GMP Recruitment Services (S) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to define and implement SLIs/SLOs and lead reliability improvements across APAC. You will drive automation, monitoring, and runbooks using Python, PowerShell, Graph API, Terraform, Ansible, and related tools.
In this role, you will establish the EUS SRE operating model, mentor regional SRE champions, and partner with Technology, Operations, and Service Enablement teams to embed reliability into service
Qualifications
- 8–12 years in SRE, infrastructure, or IT operations with automation experience.
- Hands-on scripting in Python and PowerShell; IaC like Terraform or Ansible.
- Proven ability to define and manage SLIs/SLOs and reliability reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, and iOS environments.
- Experience with observability platforms (Nexthink, 1E, Lakeside) and ITSM integration (ServiceNow).
- Banking/financial services knowledge and MAS TRM is advantageous.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365/Azure, Python automation, Terraform, Ansible, or ITIL are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement SLI/SLOs and reliability KPIs for EUS.
- Develop reliability dashboards and real-time monitoring across APAC.
- Lead problem management, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
- Design automation and auto-remediation for patching and device provisioning.
- Serve as Level 3 escalation for reliability engineering and automation.
- Establish and maintain the SRE operating model with regional champions.
