Job summary

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, serving MSMEs and driving digitization. We are seeking a senior professional to lead end-to-end loan asset recovery, including restructuring, enforcement, and asset disposal, while coordinating with legal partners and valuers to optimize outcomes.

The role requires a university degree and at least 10 years of asset/loans recovery experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate

• Experience in asset/loans recovery for corporate/SME borrowers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, good team player

Responsibilities

• Take charge of end-to-end loan asset repayment and remedial strategies including restructuring, security enforcement, repossession, and asset disposal.
• Operate the regular action loop: track monies collected, refresh case status against triggers, and escalate stalled cases on defined timelines.
• Make timely filing and enforcement decisions where insolvency is possible.
• Liaise with debt collectors, solicitors, valuers, lawyers, and real estate agents on statutory demands and amicable solutions.
• Submit bills through the Financial Management System.
• Review non-performing borrowers with justification for ECL and MAS downgrade.
• Apply forbearance classification when appropriate.
• Lead annual reviews of the Bank’s Credit Risk Management Policy and related guidelines.
• Attend CRMC meetings and address audit findings as required.
