Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore’s inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on SME and Medium Enterprise clients. The bank seeks a Relationship Manager to grow the business, prospect new accounts, and deliver tailored working capital and supply chain financing solutions.

You will assess customer needs, prepare credit proposals, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Credit and Risk teams to deliver optimal financial solutions while maintaining strict AML/KYC/CDD standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputable institution.
• 5+ years for RMs / 10+ years for senior RMs in Wholesale/Commercial Banking or similar.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, lending, customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of SME banking products: Working Capital Loans, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management.
• Proficient in AML, KYC, CDD, and in creating credit proposals and credit memos.

Aufgaben

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to solicit and develop new accounts.
• Facilitate loan and account openings and monitor accounts to minimise NPLs.
• Analyze customers’ business models, cash flows and financing needs.
• Structure working capital, trade finance and supply chain lending solutions.
• Prepare high‑quality credit applications with risk assessments.
• Maintain AML/KYC/CDD risk assessments and compliance.
