Job summary

ONE VISA PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our growing Solutions Engineering team and own the JAPAC region, with a strong grasp of the digital marketing and advertising landscape.

You will act as a trusted advisor, showcasing MarTech solutions to key clients, driving partnerships with the Sales team, and helping marketers unlock insights from their data. This role emphasizes product expertise, stakeholder communication, and staying current with releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical customer-facing role in a SaaS company.
• Solid understanding of MarTech/AdTech, including ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to convey value to marketing professionals and executives.
• SQL required; Python, R or dbt knowledge is a plus.
• Familiar with BI/dashboard tools and cloud data warehouses and infra.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product expert when presenting Supermetrics' product range to customers and prospects.
• Make business and technical outcomes clear for stakeholders across the marketing domain.
• Stay current on product releases and new features, and help train new hires and colleagues.
• Capture and relay customer feedback and requirements to our product development team.
• Build deep product knowledge, collaborating with support and product teams to resolve critical issues.
• Understand the fundamentals of the data stack and quickly pick up new systems to support the sales team.

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Solutions Engineer to join our growing Solutions Engineering team and own the JAPAC region. This role suits a seasoned professional with a strong grasp of the digital marketing and advertising landscape.

In this role, you will:

• Bring deep MarTech expertise to showcase Supermetrics' solutions and value proposition to key clients, working closely with our Sales team to drive strategic partnerships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, showing marketers how Supermetrics helps them unlock actionable insights from their data.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include:

• Acting as a product expert when presenting Supermetrics' product range to customers and prospects.
• Making the business and technical outcomes clear for stakeholders across the marketing domain.
• Staying current on product releases and new features, and helping train new hires and colleagues.
• Capturing and relaying customer feedback and requirements to our product development team, so our solutions keep pace with the evolving marketing ecosystem.
• Building deep product knowledge, working closely with our support and product development teams to resolve critical technical issues.
• Understanding the fundamentals of the data stack and quickly picking up new systems relevant to the MarTech ecosystem to support the sales team.

This position is for you if you have:

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical customer-facing role in a SaaS company (or an agency background).
• A solid understanding of the MarTech or AdTech landscape, including ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to convey the value of technical solutions to marketing professionals and executives.
• A clear understanding of SQL and SQL-based analytics, ideally hands‑on; Python, R, or dbt knowledge is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with tools in the following categories:
  • BI and dashboarding: Looker Studio/Looker, Power BI, Tableau
  • Cloud data warehouses: Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Amazon Redshift
  • Cloud infrastructure: GCP, AWS, Azure
• Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
