Supermetrics is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to own the JAPAC region, combining deep MarTech expertise with a consultative pre-sales approach. You will showcase product value to key clients, partner with Sales, and guide customers toward data-driven marketing decisions.

You will stay ahead of releases, train colleagues, and translate complex data problems into actionable business outcomes for stakeholders across marketing. Hybrid work in a dynamic, diverse team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical customer-facing role in a SaaS company (or an agency background).
• Solid understanding of MarTech/AdTech landscape including ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for marketing professionals and executives.
• Clear understanding of SQL and SQL-based analytics; Python/R/dbt knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product expert presenting Supermetrics’ product range to customers and prospects.
• Make business and technical outcomes clear for stakeholders across the marketing domain.
• Stay current on product releases and train new hires and colleagues.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to product development to keep pace with the ecosystem.
• Build deep product knowledge with support and product teams to resolve critical issues.
• Understand the data stack fundamentals and learn new systems to support the sales team.
