Job summary

DSV is seeking a Lead Solution Architect in Singapore to govern enterprise architecture for WMS and digital transformation projects. You will drive scalable, secure solutions across regional sites and collaborate with Operations, IT and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of WMS/ERP integrations, warehouse automation, and modern cloud-based platforms, with focus on quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant WMS experience, including solution design and architecture for enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of logistics IT applications (WMS, TMS, ERP, visibility platforms, automation platforms) and warehouse operations
• Experience in Contract Logistics, 3PL, or Supply Chain environments
• Experience integrating WMS with warehouse automation technologies including WCS, WES, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, AMRs, ASRS, and automated material handling equipment
• Experience in highly automated B2C, retail, consumer electronics, and eCommerce fulfilment environments supporting high-volume order processing and omnichannel operations
• Experience delivering WMS and automation solutions for large-scale customers with complex operational and integration requirements
• Familiar with labelling technologies such as Bartender is a plus
• Solid understanding of integration concepts including EDI standards, APIs, Web Services, middleware, messaging technologies, and event-driven architectures
• Understanding of database architecture, data modelling, and design principles
• Familiar with SQL queries and data analysis
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and integrations, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control (Git/GitLab) as part of the delivery lifecycle is a plus
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI is desirable
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project implementation lifecycles
• Experience working with multi-site and multi-country warehouse deployments is highly desirable
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of scalable WMS and integration solutions across regional sites
• Collaborate with Operations, customers, vendors, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical designs
• Define and maintain WMS configuration, workflows, and system standards for efficiency and consistency
• Lead integration design between WMS and ERP, OMS, TMS, and carrier systems
• Design and support integration of warehouse automation technologies including WCS, WES, conveyors, robotics, and AMRs
• Support project implementation activities from design through go-live and stabilization
• Guide technical execution with development, integration, and vendor teams
• Ensure designs address performance, security, availability, monitorability, and business continuity
• Drive pre-sales, onboarding, and solution assessment activities aligning business needs with tech capabilities
• Promote architecture governance, documentation standards, and best practices across Contract Logistics tech landscape
