Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the OneCV team, building scalable, secure citizen data sharing platforms that support public services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape architectures, and collaborate with government partners.

You will work across Go, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React and AWS, mentor engineers, drive CI/CD and DevOps practices, and apply AI-assisted development to improve delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production-grade web applications.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering.
• Go expertise; familiarity with Python, Node.js, TypeScript and React.
• Experience leading a team of full-stack engineers.
• Mentoring and raising engineering standards.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD.
• Ability to translate requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, reliable software architectures.
• Write clean, testable code and lead design reviews.
• Lead full-stack engineers from design to production.
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders.
• Improve CI/CD, deployment and operations.
