XILINX ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. seeks a senior technical expert to lead advanced SMT and board-assembly process development on high-complexity computing platforms in Singapore. You will define assembly strategies, influence product design, and set manufacturing standards worldwide.

You will own end-to-end SMT process development, turn warpage data into robust controls, and collaborate with EMS partners. Strong DOE and IPC knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Hands-on SMT process development for high-complexity PCBs.
• Experience with large BGAs (>70 mm) and warpage measurement.
• Strong DOE, statistical analysis and root-cause skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SMT process development (stencil/printing, placement, reflow, post-reflow).
• Own assembly of large, high-warpage BGA packages; develop design rules and fixtures.
• Reduce solder defects via stencil design, paste/flux selection and reflow optimization.
