Jabil Circuit (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior SMT PCBA Manufacturing / Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain SMT/PCBA processes for world-class quality, cost, delivery and productivity.

You will lead NPI, process validation, yield improvements, equipment qualification, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects while supporting high-volume production and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electronics/manufacturing/related field.
Minimum 8+ years SMT/PCBA manufacturing engineering experience.
Minimum 5 years supporting high-volume SMT production.
Experience with NPI, process validation, and yield improvement.

Responsibilities

Own SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes end-to-end from stencil printing to final assembly.
Develop and maintain process flows, PFMEA, work instructions and process specs.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause investigations to drive yield and cycle-time improvements.
Lead NPI activities including DFM/DFA reviews and pilot builds.
Define manufacturing process requirements, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
Lead training and transfer activities between sites/customers.
Optimize solder paste printing, placement, reflow, AOI/SPI, and soldering parameters.
Lead equipment selection, qualification, and automation initiatives.
Lead IQ/OQ/PQ, validation, gauge R&R, MSA, SPC, and audits.
Drive Lean/Kanban/Kaizen events and OEE improvements.
Provide technical leadership and cross-functional problem solving.
Interface with customers on technical challenges and improvements.
