Job summary

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive growth in the SME/Commercial Banking segment. You will acquire new-to-bank clients, expand an existing portfolio, and deliver profitable revenue within the bank’s risk appetite.

The role requires strong credit assessment and financial analysis capabilities, plus knowledge of Trade, Cash Management, Lending, FX and Wealth products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SME/Commercial Banking experience with a track record of acquiring and managing SME clients.
• Strong credit assessment and financial analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of Trade, Cash Management, Lending, FX and Wealth products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a portfolio of profitable Medium Enterprise clients within risk appetite.
• Collaborate with Credit Analysts, Team Managers and Segment Heads to structure credit facilities.
• Prepare credit proposals and annual reviews, ensuring adherence to EAR/credit policy.
• Drive cross-sell of Trade Services, Lending, Cash Management and Wealth products.
