STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager in Private Banking to acquire, develop and service high-net-worth clients in Singapore. You will manage a defined client book, drive NNM and AUM growth, and deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with client profiles.

The role emphasizes portfolio construction, risk controls, and ongoing client engagement to maintain performance and satisfaction across a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with significant relationship management experience in private banking.
• CACS 1 & 2 compliant qualification required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for performance of own client book.
• Deliver net new money (NNM), AUM and revenue growth targets.
• Generate pipeline of prospects and convert them into clients.
• Grow client portfolio by deepening relationships.
• Provide asset allocation aligned with client needs and benchmarks.
• Deliver and review client solutions based on investment profiles.
• Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts.
• Contain costs and mitigate operational losses for profitable growth.
• Ensure client performance aligns with investment profiles.
