hock lian seng infrastructure pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on a major LTA/MRT project in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with LTA requirements, safety standards, and project specs while coordinating subcontractors, staff, and stakeholders to deliver works on schedule and to quality benchmarks. The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 8–10 years of site supervision experience (5+ years on LTA/MRT projects),

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
WSH knowledge and safety compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

Site supervision of daily activities in compliance with plans and specs.
Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks; monitor risk assessments.
Ensure workmanship, materials, and installation meet standards.
Track progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on site challenges.
Lead site engineers, foremen and workers to sustain productivity.
Address technical and operational issues promptly to minimize delays.
