Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Senior Site Engineer for a 2-year contract to lead MRT infrastructure construction on site in Singapore. You will oversee daily activities, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across teams and subcontractors.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of construction experience, with preference for LTA/infrastructure exposure and hands-on expertise in D-wall, borepile, and tunnelling works.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Experience in LTA / infrastructure projects preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Diaphragm Wall (D-wall), Borepiling, and Tunnelling works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Plan, implement, and track work according to master and detailed schedules.
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on temporary works.
• Coordinate with consultants (QPS) and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Resolve technical and engineering issues on site.
• Guide supervisors and ensure works meet timeline and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare reports, method statements, and documentation.
• Manage workforce and maintain site safety and housekeeping.
• Supervise ongoing construction activities closely.
