Job summary

dong construction & engineering pte. ltd. is seeking a capable Senior Road Construction Supervisor to manage road and civil infrastructure works in Singapore.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate crews, and ensure work aligns with drawings and approvals. The role requires at least 10 years of civil engineering construction experience in Singapore, strong road and infrastructure expertise, and familiarity with LTA, JTC and HDB requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering construction experience in Singapore.
• Strong experience in road construction and infrastructure works.
• Familiar with LTA, JTC and HDB requirements and procedures.
• Experience in roadworks, drainage, earthworks, utilities, road reinstatement and asphalt works.
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.
• Able to supervise workers, subcontractors, machinery and daily site activities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction and safety requirements.
• Able to plan work independently and resolve site issues.
