Job summary

SR Engineering & Services Pte. Ltd. seeks a Civil Construction Supervisor to join our on-site team in Singapore.

You will supervise daily site activities, ensure work quality and safety, and coordinate with main contractor, consultants and subcontractors to meet project requirements. Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years in civil construction; MRT/LTA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction.
• Experience in LTA / MRT / tunnelling projects will be an advantage.
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
