Senior Site Supervisor (LTA/MRT Project)

Position Overview

The Senior Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations for a major LTA/MRT infrastructure project in Singapore. This role ensures compliance with LTA requirements, workplace safety standards, and project specifications, while coordinating subcontractors, site staff, and stakeholders to deliver works on schedule and within quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Site supervision: Lead and manage site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Safety compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure risk assessments are implemented.
• Quality assurance: Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation to meet LTA/MRT standards.
• Progress monitoring: Track daily site progress, prepare reports, and elevate issues to the Project Manager.
• Stakeholder coordination: Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve site challenges.
• Team leadership: Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers, fostering discipline and productivity.
• Problem-solving: Address technical and operational issues promptly to minimize delays.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of site supervision experience, with at least 5 years in LTA/MRT projects.
• Strong knowledge of LTA specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with station construction method.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Possession of WSH Supervisor Certificate or equivalent is advantageous.
